After your purchased item(s) is / are shipped, you will receive a shipment notification with delivery details including shipment tracking number by the e-mail provided when you placed your order. The e-mail you submitted must be valid in order to receive the notifications.

LOVIS STYLE will ship your purchased item(s) out within 10-14 working days unless the item is out of stock. LOVIS STYLE will inform you of the arrangement through your registered e-mail if such cases occur.

Under normal situations, the delivery time is within 10 - 14 working days depends on the shipping location. If the delivery address provided is invalid, incomplete, or out of the delivery service area, LOVIS STYLE reserves the right of order cancellation.

LOVIS STYLE is not liable for any late delivery or any forms of damages arise during delivery caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
